*We accept private appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (some Saturday time slots available), so take a look at your calendar.

Tasting/consultations have been booking up 1-2 months in advance for weekday slots and 3-4 months in advance for weekend slots – do not wait to book your tasting!
If you’re not quite ready to schedule a private consultation, please just drop in and see us anytime during our regular business hours; we are open to the public! The best days are during the week. We have yummy cake samples in our lobby, as well as wedding photos and testimonial albums for you to sit down and browse at your leisure. AND we are always happy to answer any questions you may have!
